Why I Love Soar

Liuli Crystal Art

Spring, also known as springtime, is one of the four temperate seasons, succeeding winter and preceding summer. Spring and "springtime" refer to the season, and also to ideas of rebirth, rejuvenation, renewal, resurrection and regrowth. During early spring, the axis of the Earth is increasing its tilt relative to the Sun, and the length of daylight rapidly increases for the relevant hemisphere. The hemisphere begins to warm significantly, causing new plant growth to "spring forth," giving the season its name. Any snow begins to melt, swelling streams with runoff and any frosts become less severe. In climates that have no snow, and rare frosts, air and ground temperatures increase more rapidly.

Love is in the air for most wildlife in spring, and birds are no exception. As temperatures warming, flowers blooming and birds flying overhead as they return to their breeding grounds. Many bird species find mates and reproduce starting in spring. After returning from migration or coming out from overwintering sites, they start looking for mates immediately. To do that, birds stay out longer and venture further from their traditional feeding or nesting sites. You may see flocks of birds meeting together in your trees or bushes. Songbirds sing to attract one another and court mates. Watching the birds come back home is one of the best parts of spring. Hearing bird songs is how you know the seasons really are changing.

The blue tit, also known as the blue-crowned tit, is a common ornamental bird in Europe. They hunt pests and are the most aphids predators. Their chirping is clear and loud, and when faced with danger, their chests are raised, and they are not cowardly. The Blue Tit represents a loyal and faithful love. It allows one to remember the great things in life. Especially, those that we have successfully completed. In Celtic symbolism, the Blue Tit is seen as a powerful symbol. The male creates the nest, and then woos a mate to it through its singing. The Blue Tit is one of the rare creatures, who place a significant value on the need to help others. What characterizes Blue Tits most is their instinct of partnership. Throughout their life, they will only choose one mate in their lifetime. This will be the only mate until the bird’s life ends. Since Blue Tits never fly far distances from their homes, the sight of them always denote good tidings to a sailor. It would mean that land is near.

The design “Aligned with the Light, I Soar” shows a free-spirited and unfettered little Eurasian blue tit dancing on a lotus seedpod, embodies dynamic vitality. It is catching wind atop a lotus seedpod with wings outstretched in anticipation gathering energy, it soars in pursuit of light with its sights are set afar, aims high fly high. Forged in fire using the pâte-de-verre technique, it captures the texture of the blue tit’s features in rigorous detail. The glass appears to flow in seamless motion from the base of the lotus seedpod to the very tips of the bird’s upstretched wings. The lotus is a symbol representing the virtue of purity and non-attachement. The Bluebird feet are soft yet powerful as if embedded in a lotus seedpod, and the strength gathers. The lotus seedpod represents the firm confidence of being out of the mud and unstained, symbolizes the Bluebird has a noble ideal also determination to fly higher and higher.

In this vast world of beauty, no matter large or small, every creature has its place. This is a perfect gift for encouragement and appreciation. This work is to convey the fully prepared and ready-to-go vigor, suitable for young people to start a business, to enter a higher school, and a birthday present. On the other hand, this gift will be good to give to newly married couple. Apart from the bird passes life through the generations that symbolizes the inextinguishable of life. Also Chinese like playing with words and symbols. Often homonyms (words that share the same pronunciation but have different meanings) are gladly used. In this case, lotus seeds (蓮子; lián zĭ) represent many (male) offspring.

Why I Love I am Blessed

There are 74 species of swallow, this creation is barn swallow. The barn swallow is the most widespread species of swallow in the world. It is a distinctive passerine bird (songbird), with blue upperparts, a long, deeply forked tail and curved, pointed wings. Although most people do not consider barn swallows to be a backyard bird, they have been a part of people’s lives for a long time. Many swallows build nests in buildings, under bridges, and on top of porch lights. Swallow takes up a lot of time to catch insects in the air, is one of the nimblest passerines. It mainly feeds on insects such as mosquitoes and flies, and is a well-known beneficial bird.

Swallows dot the world living in Newfoundland, California, Mexico, South America, Africa, and Asia (just to name a few). The Bird’s broad habitat reflects on swallows’ impressive adaptive abilities. It can live where it’s dry, survive with little water (using berries as a substitute), and has a high tolerance for salt. Flexibility is a keynote in Swallow’s symbolism. They are small passerines that are known for their flight prowess. In the air, Swallows are a sight to behold. They can hunt while in flight thanks to a streamlined body and long wings. The Swallow physique makes maneuvering and endurance easy. They glide as needed to reserve energy. So, add finesse and stamina to the Swallows’ spiritual meanings. They are able to detect the sudden changes of moisture in the air. This ability helps them to be agile when flying. They are also very keen on observing their prey due to the structure of their eye, which enables them to see both frontally and laterally. The combination of these characteristics allows them to catch and feed during flight. Despite its small size, it can easily hunt and catch its prey, gaining the admiration of many people. This gave birth to the swallow bird nimbly symbolism. Swallows are endlessly entertaining. They play a kind of aerial chasing game as they swoop and dive after insects for food and feathers that they use to line their nests. They bathe while on the wing, quick little belly skims over the water.

Socially, a pair of mated Swallows represent devotion. They are monogamous. The couple stays near their nest all year, mostly. During the mating season, male Swallows become aggressive. They will stand watch over their female while carrying and laying her eggs, defending her if needed. Outside copulation, Swallows form large flocks and roosting communities for greater safety from predators-a great illustration of pragmatic choices. Some species of Swallows, like the Cliff Swallow and American Barn Swallow, take part equally in egg incubation and helping with the young in feeding. Cooperative parenting is part of Swallows’ energetic correspondences. Along with having a sound family foundation, Swallows embody good communication. Using the Barn Swallow as an example, a twittering sound is part of courtship and a whistle calls from one mate to the other. High sharp calls imply an attack or severe alarm.

For LIULI, swallow is the messenger symbolizing spring, in this artwork, swallow spreads its wings sideways, skims over the lake nimbly, waving high in the wind, looking into the bright future. The creative inspiration of the ripples base comes from the linear brushstrokes in Monet's classic impression paintings, layering abstractions, showing the ripples of the lake. Under the refraction of light and shadow, the agile flow pattern in the glass shows the spring feeling of the lake slowly rippling, adding to the fun of swallows flying in light. Swallows are symbols of beauty and hope in both Chinese and Western cultures. They travel between different regions, they are messengers of blessings, and they are also bridges of communication. It conveys the intimacy and trust between partners, with unlimited blessings from partners, making the flight higher and farther.

In spring, swallows spread their wings and flying across valleys, fields, and lakes, bringing blessings and auspiciousness back to human homes. People also regard swallows as auspicious when they come to their homes to make nests. This art piece is suitable for friends, elders, birthday gifts, and corporate gifts.
