Design Concept:

The intricate design of this piece combines the imagery of the loquat blossom with the concept of the golden yuanbao (ingot). From the outside, it creates a sense of depth and familiarity, with clear depictions of leaves and fruit. This represents the hard work of mothers in creating a happy and prosperous home, much like the evergreen loquat tree symbolizes family reunion and prosperity.

This piece also reflects the tradition of nurturing loquat branches during the season of harvest, bringing with it associations of wealth, power, and success. The central sphere can be easily rotated, symbolizing the flow of fortune, while the treasure bowl represents abundance and longevity, with the golden yuanbao(ingot) adding to the auspiciousness of the piece.

元宝中,枇杷串阴刻,首尾呼应,形成环绕。从外部观赏,枝叶经脉与成簇的果实清晰浮显,营造内外虚实的品赏体验。因枇杷果实金黄圆润,古人称它为“金丸”。妈妈们的付出带来充满元气与和乐的家庭，就像枇杷长青寓意家庭团圆美满。此作品结合枇杷和金元宝设计，代表母亲作为子孙们繁荣未来的重要推手，象徵美好未来与感恩之意。

在枇杷成熟的季节,人们会将枇杷折枝涵养在家中,寓意财源滚滚,升官发财。在宋代律诗中,有“金丸方磊落,琼液正包含”,讚扬枇杷内富才华,胸怀坦荡。作品亦是“转运珠”与“聚宝盆”的结合:中部的球体可自由拿取,象徵转八方财运,源源不断;聚宝盆裡装满“金丸”,体现丰收富足、生生不息。
