The Collection: General Guan Gong

Design Concept:

In the epic Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Guan Yu is praised for "Divine strength with mighty power, scholarly bearing with cultured intellect."

Our design pays homage to the classic image of Guan Yu, also known as Guan Gong (Lord Guan). Clad in a green robe over body armor, he wields the Green Dragon Crescent Moon Blade in his right hand while gracefully holding his beard in the left. Guan Yu symbolizes justice, courage, and serves as the embodiment of wealth and protector of homes.

The intricate craftsmanship features a low-relief cloud dragon motif and armor pattern, capturing Guan Yu's esteemed position as the ultimate general. Elaborate floral designs adorn his attire, representing his intellectual and physical prowess.

With intricate craftsmanship, Guan Yu's image showcases loyalty (忠) and righteousness (義), embodying Confucian virtues. He is revered as the scholarly martial deity of wealth.

《三国演义》的作者罗贯中曾这样描述关羽：“神威能奋武，儒雅更知文”。

关羽外穿绿袍甲胄，右手握青龙偃月刀，左手拈须髯，经典武将造型。民间传说，武关公象征正义勇猛，能镇财化煞，保家宅平安。手工浅浮雕云龙纹、盔甲纹理，凸显名将风范。细节处，衣带装饰吉祥花纹，展现关公文武兼备的气质。

“忠”即“中心”，《说文解字》称“忠”为“尽心曰忠”。关羽忠诚守护家园平安。“义”保护整体利益，胸怀大义，有勇有谋，被敬仰为“文武财神”。
