The Collection: Embrace the World

Design Concept:

This archaic design, in both simplicity and complexity, brings a sense of balance in its symbolism of harmony, mutual respect, and benevolence.  Two dragons hold a sphere together in a fine balance, with the weight of the world resting on that harmony.  The message it conveys is one of being kind unto others, as that is the cycle of the world.  Great effort in intricate carving and casting bring out the attention to detail in this design of two dragons.

作品设计理念:

• 作品整体呈椭圆形，上部开口，内雕纹饰取自于清代龙椅上龙的造型设计。
• 圆弧，形成苍穹的形态，双龙相对，两只前爪共同将一颗龙珠举起，呈双龙献珠的景象。传达镇守鼎盛之意，寓意事业成功。
• 龙的造型被简化，以流畅的线条进行意象化的表现。双龙头尾相连，中间形成一个圆形。这样的造型在风水上，具有纳气、藏气之效。气从顶部小口收纳，于瓶身聚集。
• 双龙是一种对称，一种平衡之道，以此阐释「仁」是儒家终极关怀的体现。
