Design Concept:

Iris, traditionally viewed as a bridge to the otherworldly and ethereal, possesses a dynamic quality about it—almost dancing on its own.  Echoing the romantic depictions of the Iris flower in mythologies across the Old World, this vase-and-flower piece is redolent with passion and movement.  Seeming to be almost the personification of love itself, the Iris blazes with a ravishing and vivacious energy. View the self through flowers, view the world through a vase. Through the passionate iris, we are shown eternal love. 

概念设计说明: 

水晶琉璃鸢尾花，脱蜡铸造技法手工制成。造型上，花瓣向上飞舞摇曳，向下延展扎根至瓶身，如龙如风之姿，在风云中热烈地绚烂，象徵生命燃烧的炙烈，是一种生命顽强向上的精神，亦是作品与技法的完整结合。鸢尾花因花瓣形如鸢鸟尾巴而称之，其属名iris俗称为「爱丽丝」，是希腊语「彩虹」之意。Iris在希腊神话中是彩虹女神，她是众神与凡间的使者，也是花语一「爱的使者」的由来。以花观己，以瓶观世界，从作品鸢尾的热情，看见爱的永恆。
